    I like it over the top. With so many people in my family and friends over we're lucky if the roll even makes it onto the holder.

    I do not care at all.....I'm just happy there's toilet paper.

    Though when I put the roll on I put it with it going over the top.

    Facing into the room, so that it unrolls from the top. This is especially pleasing to Cassie, who when she was little used to use her front paws to unroll it. [That's when I quit buying the expensive stuff.]

    My husband likes it under - I like it over! He is constantly putting the toiler paper on the holder the "wrong way".
