    Hello Song,

    You are a delightful and beautiful Himalayan. Hard for the members of our Palace to believe the lady who bred you found you unshowable!

    Your Mom "wasn't ready" after Don went to RB. She was blessed to have had Don in her life for so long. But, mew-mew, princess kittens make room in hearts as you did. So neat you and Kai get along.

    Princess Song, catgratulations on being chosen Cat of the Day -- a well deserved honour! Live long & prosper, always loved, well-cared for and adored -- what every pet deserves.

    and I am the princess of my mom and dad's eyes. I came to my mom right after her cat Don went to heaven at 28 years of age. I was called non-showable by the lady that bred me due to my smaller size and a bit of pink pigment next to my nose. I'm a Himalayan. One of mom's good friends took me to my new home, but mom says it wasn't the best time. Being only a week since her other cat passed on she "wasn't ready."

    Lovely Song!! Who ever said you weren't "showable" must be blind, or be a very poor judge of what beauty is! You are just gorgeous! Bet you're having more fun being a pet, than one that is stuck getting carted around to shows all the time anyway!!!

    Song has to be about the most unique and beautiful name that I have ever heard for a Cat. It certainly fits this beautiful Himalayan Beauty who in the eyes of The Found Cats and I is a Blue Ribbon Cat in every way possible.

    You are a very beautiful kitty cat! You are certainly a "princess" and I definitely think you can be shown! I can't belive that lady said that you couldn't! Anyways, Congrats on your mom for getting you and coming through and loving you after her other cat died. And congratulations to you for being such a "purrfect" companion! I thought it was pretty impressive that 'Don' lived for 28 years!!! I am sure he was a great kitty, but hey, you are too! Happy Cat of The Day!

    My heart is singing after reading your precious story, Song Phooey to that silly breeder; you couldn't be more beautiful, more perfect in every way and your Mom is so blessed to have a best friend in you We all understand the great sadness your Mom was feeling after the passing of her beloved lifelong friend, Don. What a wonderful, amazing long life he led but as we also know, it's never long enough. And while we humans often think we'll never be able to love that way again, well, along comes a pure and gentle soul such as you and suddenly, our hearts begin to mend!     Song, you are a beautiful kitty! My Himalayan Bailey saw you and started purring. It was hard to step in after your mom lost Don after 28 years. But Song, you were just the kitty to help her heal and open her heart to a new love. You are a wonderful COTD, Song, and I hope you have many more years with your loving family.
