Lydia has a new friend for life -- Thank you VermontCAT!!!

We got a very special package in the mail a few days ago, and I have been very slow in putting up a thank you/picture thread.

Who knew that a baby could take up so much of one's leisure time?

Anyway, Thank you so much for the special package, Vermontcat -- we love everything and the out fit fits a little big now, so hopefully we will get a few weeks before she grows out of it!

First, there was a very special teddy bear from the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. The theme of the nursery is country teddy bears, and it looks perfectly with the rest of the crib set!!

Then there was the CUTEST teddy bear outfit, along with a pair of socks, a rattle and a magnet:

Then, there was a special package of catnip mice for Marigold. As soon as she walked in the room she walked right over to the package sniffing everywhere. It was so cute!!

She played and played and played with them, leaping into the air just like a kitten.

There was also a special package of Snausages for Malone and Emerson. We used them to bribe them to be good while we took pictures of them and Lydia, but unfortunately you can't see that part

Wow, you got an awesome gift! I just love the outfit on the baby, it is soooo adorable!

And the kitty looks like she had a blast with that catnipped mouse

What a wonderful package!

I love the teddy bear and it made me smile to see these newest pictures of Lydia. She is precious, PRECIOUS, PRECIOUS!! A beautiful and dainty little baby. Marigold sure seems to be enjoying her mousies, too. Thankyou for the post

Aww, the teddy bear is adorable, and remembering to include the furkids in the package was a very very nice idea.
But now, let me say that these are the first pictures I have seen of Lydia and she is ADORABLE!!!

Anna, I'm so glad that you like everything.

The Teddy Bear is just the right size for Lydia.
My daughter and all my nieces have loved theirs.
Just wait until Lydia gets a little bigger, then I will have a bigger bear for her.

Lydia looks so cute in the outfit, she really looks good in pink.

I'm so happy it fits her at least for a little while.

Marigold is so funny, I thought she might enjoy a bit of catnip, but I didn't know how much!

I'm glad to hear that the pups liked their snacks too.

I still plan to come visit you sometime soon but with two feet of snow still on the ground and another storm coming it may be a while.

Thanks for posting the pictures, they are all just great!

I know you don't have much free time with a new baby in the house.

Anna she is BEAUTIFUL!!! Oh my goodness what precious pictures! I know you have been a busy lady since coming home from the hospital, and we're all glad you found the time to take these pictures for us. I am sitting here smiling at Marigold and her reaction to the catnip.

Awwww! I love my Vermont Teddy Bears, and I bet Lydia will always love hers, too! Thanks for sharing the pictures, love the nipped-out Marigold ones, too! Kisses to both girls!
