First, an updated pic of the pigtailed princess...


Secondly, she spoke for the first time yesterday. We've been anxious about this for awhile since she turns 2 in exactly one month. But there was no doubt about what she said last night-- "I wub wu"! Hubby and I nearly exploded. She said it over and over and repeated it back to us when we said it to her.

Definitely worth the wait.
