    Preference in Greyhound Colour?

There's a very wide variety of colours of greyhounds and I was wondering what everyone's preference is. I'm always fond of fawn, I find the lighter colours looks cleaner and the brindle looks dirtier. Also, in fawn dogs it is much easier to see their beautiful brown eyes. Especially in pics, I find it is much harder to see dark-coloured dogs. I also prefer dogs that are more "uniform" as in, all one colour.

Obvioustly, colour is of minor importance, because if you check my siggy, you will see that all the things I don't like as much in the way of colour are present in my angel. lol Ironic.

No offence dark-coloured dogs. I love you!

Sadly, I couldn't put all the colours in the poll (max 10 options)

    My favourite colour:

I remember when my sister first got her greyhound. She was a rescue and I was like...why did you get that ugly dog?? I had never really cared for greyhounds. Well, I soon changed my tune. Maggie was very scared of ALL men at first but eventually became very loving and I found she had such a unique personality. And now I love the breed!! (acutally, now I love ALL breeds of dogs)
So anyway, that is why I chose black, in loving memory of Maggie Moo.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

White and brindle dogs are my favorites, in any breed.

My Pepper and Rosie are both white and red/black brindle.

I REALLY like the white and grey/black brindle coloring.

    Giselle is flattered

I didn't have a preference at all, but Gis has hooked me on white and colored dogs. My favorites are white and brindle, white and red, and I LOVE cowdogs (white and black).

We have such the variety. I thought there would be more people choose dark brindle. But all the different colour are doing almost the same for votes.

I like the dark brindles. they are all really pretty though. The pastor at my old church had a retired racer. He use to bring her to the church and let the kids play with her.
