Solution! No more lamps falling from the cats

The cats are always knocking over our lamps and finally we found a solution:

Use Carpet Tape to Attach Non Slip Carpet Pad to Rough Side of 1/8 Thick Vinyl Floor Tile.
Use 3m Double Side Sticky (Poster Strips) To Attach Lamp Bottom To Glossy Side of Tile.
You can buy those things at home Depot.
First....the picture before starting it,and all the things you need:
    Vinyl tile
    carpet tape
    non slip carpet pad
    3m double side sticky(poster strips)

Here is the finished product.Only a different lamp.

There are different color tiles or you can paint them.I should of painted it.But right now I just used what he brought home.
No more tipping and falling on the floor when the Cats Rub up against the Shade. That makes me very happy
Notice I have a black ugly tubing (called:split flex tubing)covering on the lamp wire cords.
I have it on all the wires throughout the house.I have a couple cats who love chewing on wires.
