I'm usually Dave. My coworkers call me Davey (which I despise) and sometimes Piz (a shortened form of my last name. Donna (Moosmom) calls me "Handsome" (I love that girl!)

Well, my name is Jill so my dad used to call me "Jill the pill" and "Mary Mary quite contrary" after a nursery rhyme he thought sounded like me. There was also the dreaded "Jillybean" which I was sometimes called by friends at school.

My friends and family now just call me Jill as there really isn't a way to shorten it. Although my husband sometimes calls me "Snowga" and I call him "Snuga" I have no idea where they came from, but we've had these weird nicknames for each other for a long time.
