Hello PTers. Today at lunchtime I got to take some more pics of my big ole goldfish Queen! As usual she was very good with her picture taking, and this time I added my algae eater named Bob. Bob isn't as big as Queen (No fish I've ever had is as big as Queen) but he is half a foot long so he is a good sized algae eater. Bob is unique too because he is an algae eater and will not eat the algae.
I got him a long time ago so that he could eat the algae and it didn't take long to find out that Bob is the laziest algae eater i've ever seen. He is so lazy that no matter if there was tons of algae or not, he would starve himself to the point of skinnyness, very unusual for a fishy. Anyways when I found that out after I got him, I bought him some algae pellets and ever since that's what he eats, he eats when the goldfish eat lol. anyways here's the pics!
<--She's still growing even after a foot long.
<--I like that pic of her.

<--That is her new favorite rock that she likes to knock over. My tank is always a mess because she likes to knock everything down lol.
<--There's that rock again.
<--And this is my happy lazy Bob!

but she will love the bigger room! I would have bought a bigger tank in the first place, like a 60 or 70 gallon but the petstore I got her from when she was a baby fish had her listed as a Comet, and it took almost 2 years, which is pretty much now, before I found out she is actually a koi/comet hybred. And that makes alot of since now, I was wondering why she was so so huge and when I found out that now I know why. I wish the petstore would have known she wasn't just a comet. She just won't stop growing!
