    Frosted?

    I have noticed that several of you have been Frosted. What does it mean?

    Didja get your hair done? Get some snow? Bake a cake?

    I'm guessing from the threads on the subject I've seen, that whatever 'frosted' means, a person asks for it? I've been baffled for months about this lol So if that is the case can I be 'frosted' too so I don't feel left out?
