Hello, can someone tell me at about what age a schnauzer goes in heat and how long it lasts?

What size - a miniature or standard or Giant? Can be anywhere from 6 months to a year ... or more or less when they go into heat. Best see a vet if you are worried.

Evcery dog is different -- the earliest most dogs go into heat is 5-6 months, but for some dogs or some breeds it can take alot longer. Alot of Belgians do not go into heat until they are 14-18 months old.
