NORAD is the north american air defense command. they watch the canadian-american skies.
i grew up near an air force base in the late 50s- early 60's and the local airmen assured us kids that they were always ready to help out santa, if needed, by keeping an eye on his trip. on christmas eve they 'watch' via radar then to satallites today, his journey around the globe. each clip shows the sleigh, reindeer and a well known landmark of that country, and a paragraph about the country. because of the international dateline, 'kids' in japan, australia, china, nepal, egypt, russia, italy and now france have been visited.
