    HI Tia!

    Tia sure is a beautiful horse. Brown horses with a white stripe/spot on their head has always been my very favorite kind of horse! Thankyou, Tia, for being our special POTD!

    What a stunning horse I see on my monitor today! I'm glad that Tia's previous owners made such a caring decision when her racing career didn't work out. She is beautiful! Tia, I wish you a very special day as our Pet-of-the-Day! I hope you get some petting and maybe a delicious treat. I wish you a happy life with your caring guardian! Congratulations!

    I remember watching your grandpa run on tv. You certainly inheritated his looks! I'm so glad you have a wonderful loving home and family now.

And while you may not have the love for the racing life as did your grandpa, you certainly have his spirit and heart! Kudos to your former owners for understanding that your very special role in life was meant to be played out on other pastures, in the loving care of a devoted family with the understanding, patience and love that would allow your true inner spirit to shine! Congratulations on your well eaarned Pet of the Day honors, beautiful Tia! You make your Grandpa proud!     Tia is soo cute! She reminds me of my old ex-racehorse Tight Security(tilly). but we had to get rid of her. Tia looks really good.

    What a beautiful girl you are, Tia! I knew someone that adopted an ex-racehorse, and it was a long, patient process to calm her down. All these horses have ever known is that when they have a saddle and a rider on their back, they are supposed to run as fast as they can. I'm so glad that you have settled into a less stressful life, and now feel secure enough to show what a sweet disposition you have, since there is no more pressure to compete. I was delighted to meet you today, special Tia, our lovely equine POTD!
