A trip to meet Santa :)

Oh man, I took Nicki to work today for pictures with Santa because I worry this will be her last Christmas. I was VERY proud how nicely she walked through the store and how politely she met all the other dogs. Then I was utterly embrassed at how she acted when it came to pictures with Santa! Thank goodness none of my studetns were around to witness my untrained dog!

She REFUSED to sit then would only sit with her butt facing the camera Then she wouldn't stay.
"I'm outta here Santa!"


So we tried to take a picture with Santa and Mrs Claus (Jen Luckenbach and her husband Charlie)


Ultimately I had to jump into the picture (I was NOT prepared to do so.... dirty hair, no makeup, jeans and tee shirt... oh well she at least looks pretty.)

I think the photos turned out great! We got a shot with the pups and Santa at Mugsy's store. We weren't expecting to be in the photo so we didn't dress festive. I think it still looked nice.

Aw, the last picture is so cute. Isn't it cute though, and doesn't it kind of make you feel good, to know that she feels everything is alright if Mom is there with her? How sweet.
