    Rejected pug puppy welcomed into feline family! *crossposted from DG*

    Because some don't go to DG, and vice versa, I am cross posting this. It is such a sweet story.

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    Animals I think are far more generous towards thier fellow animals than they are ever given credit for.
    They will, in many cases go out of the way to help, especially when it comes to nursing the young of others.
    Thats such a great story, and very heart warming.
