    They chose my picture!! Need some help

    The Belgian Sheepdog Club of America was looking for pictures for their 2007 newsletter -- I sent them a bunch, and they chose one for the COVER! Only problem is, they need it at a higher resolution. They want it atleast 300 dpi. I don't know how to check the resolution on my pics, and I certainly don't know how to change it. Can anyone help? Attached is the pic.
