Mom's cats - Pyka and Shiney!

Pyka is feeling WAAAAY better, thanks! He is happy and playful and no more sniffling, wheezing and laboured breathing.

They are Lilac Points, and were my sister's to begin with - but after several years, have my Mom throughly trained...a number of new sweaters she has bought for herself wind up getting kind of button-chewed and stretched, as if a long furry body has snuggled itself inside!

Pyka - this is a derivative of Spider Monkey. When first seen, he was going around the cage...across the floor, up the wall, across the ceiling, down the other wall, etc. And YELLING.

Shiney - because he was so much shyer than his brother (he was in meatloaf position at the back of the cage while Spydey carried on), and also because he was a 'shiny new cat'!

They just turned 8 in September.

    Enjoy.

Sleepyheads (Pyka on left, Shiney on right)

    Still sleepyheads!

    Sunbath! Pyka being goofy.

More goofy sunbath...Pyka was licking his 'forearm' and wiping his ENTIRE leg from behind his ear over his face!

Shiney Cat is every bit as Beautiful~ and I got a kick out of your reference to him ~ in Meatloaf Postition!!!)

I still can't get over how HUGE those cats look in the pictures!!!!

Pyka is on another 2 weeks of Clavamox, and we are hoping the long-term dosage will finally kick the bug that seems to have always been there!

    Thanks...they are darling...and weird looking...
