Some friends of mine in Stony Plaines, Alberta (near Edmonton) lost their dog.
He's a tri colour-headed white sheltie and his name is Chance. I don't know if anyone knows anyone near Edmonton, but if you do please let them know to keep a lookout. He was rescued from a VERY bad BYB situation where he was kept in an outside kennel for two years with no human contact. He is very shy and scared and will not go near a person. He will basically need to be caught. He's such a scared boy, I can't imagine it will be easy to catch him. Another of the BYB dogs recently bolted from her foster home here in Kelowna, and she took weeks to catch.
Here are a couple pics of him.
He's mostly white with some big black patches on his side. He has the typical tri head. His ears aren't tipped. If cornered he may bite, but probably not hard as biting is a last resort for him and he doesn't like doing it.
Please pray for Chance, I really fell in love with him when my good friend and boos, Kelly, owned him. She gave him to her sister in law when her and her husband really wanted him, and Chance has been doing so well there being the only dog.![]()
