    Evo!

I read through the posts about Evo and alot of you said you were going to look into it! I was just curious is for those of you who looked, liked, and tried, what you thought? Im contemplating on switching coco and cainan to evo, the lady at the store recomended it for coco being "sick" or just not interested in any other food, she said this may be the thing! any advice? thanks everyone!

For a kibble Evo is a great choice. I feed my guys raw now, but back when they were eating kibble they got Evo. I still feed my ferret Evo!

Like all other brands of kibble or any food for that matter, each dog is different what may work for one may not work for another. But you don't know until you try.

It is high in protien so you may want to switch him over slowly. Either way you may see some loose stools for a little while while his body adjusts to the extra better sources of protien. Then again you may not.
Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.

    http://www.naturapet.com <--- has a store locator

I like any of Natura's kibbles, they're all good. Evo is also what I feed, but I've fed Innova & California Natural with good results as well. I think Evo is great for feeding along with Raw, especially.

Ingredients wise it's a great food, but it really depends on how well your dogs do on it. I used it for a very short time. I stopped using it because Nacey had a bad reaction to it, her allergies went crazy. Nacey has always had allergies, but I've never seem them as bad as when she was on that food.

The only problem with Evo is the amount of starch -- instead of grains it uses potatoes, which are very starchy. Alot of dogs can't handle it. Unfortunatly this food made Visa very itchy -- I've never seen her itch so bad. I'm still not sure what it was -- but she can eat Evo RM just fine. High protein, low carb is definatly the way to go.

That must have been Nacey's problem too. I've never seen Evo RM, I'll have to look for it sometime.
