Better pics (and video) of Nightshade, Ebony and Twilight

My girls are getting a lot tamer now, so it's easier to take pics. I had a go this morning and got some pretty good ones! The flash on my camera is still playing up but I think my gerbils are sort of used to it now



'*yawn*, what do you want, mum?'



Ebony decides that she's the prettiest and that she better block her sisters' faces so as not to ruin the shot



'Yum, yum, what do you call these treats again, mum?' (Ebony)



'Honey-dipped bananas,eh?'



'What? They're Tia's treats? Please don't tell her, I'm afraid she'd eat me!'

Aww! Your three girls have made me fall even more in love with gerbils. =D

Thanks for sharing the pictures of your beautiful girls. It brought back many fond memories of my childhood. When I was in elementary school, my parents bought me two gerbils. My Dad bought a metal bookcase and enclosed it in plexiglass so they'd have a 3 tiered "condo", lined in carpeting. They had a blast!!! As I got older, we donated the condo and the gerbils to my teacher for his classroom.

Wow, that sounds great! We have been thinking about moving the gerbils into a better cage (right now they are in Foxy's old cage, and I don't believe it's deep enough to satisfy their digging needs) so I'll talk to my dad about making something like that
