    For those 10 and over.

10 CATS and over, that is.

Some of us have a constant ebb and flow of kitties in our homes. Others have a constant.

Barbara, with Tigris and Filou would be an example of a constant.

Kimlovescats, Lizzie, K&L, catmandu (me) and others tend to add to our starting line up a little more easily than others.

So for all of those out there trying to keep track, why don't we name our babies?

    jenluckenbach:

    Amber - DLH orange female
    Ashley - DSH calico female
Bonnie - DSH brown/grey tabby female
Fern - DSH orange and white female
Kim - DSH brown tabby female
Biddy - DSH black tuxedo male
Calvin - DLH brown tabby tuxedo male
Hamlet - DSH silver tabby male
    Jasper - DLH black male
Jim - DLH brown tabby and white male
Mickey - DSH white with black tabby marks male
    Monte - DSH white male
Rutherford - DLS blue tuxedo male
Shilo - DSH black and white male
Sterling - DSH silver tabby male
Willow - DSH brown/grey tabby and white male

Simba - DSH black male (technically a foster, but I doubt that he will be leaving)
DaVinci - DSH black tuxedo male (same story)
Carolyn - DSH brown tabby female (ditto)

Hmmmm... is this all about the Tempting trio siggie that suddenly appeared next to your regular 16?

I only have 5 kitties. No temptations right now, unless you count my little Tigger impersonator
    Allen, DSH orange tabby
    Pouncer, DSH brown Tabby
Harry DSH orange and white tabby
    Abby DSH brown torbie
    Flutter DSH brown torbie

Though some day I'd love ot add a long hair brown and white tabby.

Are you SURE you wanna do this????

Grace - DSH - brown patched tabby - female
Smokey - DSH - gray tabby - male
Dexter - DLH - brown Maine Coon mix - male
Roxie - DSH - brown tabby - female
Rusty - DSH - orange / red tabby - male
Riley - DSH - orange / red tabby - male (sibling to Rusty)
Boots - DSH - black & white tuxedo - male
Bonnie - DSH - black smoke - female
Marmy - DSH - orange & white tabby - female
    Redfurd - DLH - orange - male
Tabitha - DSH - gray & black marbled tabby - female
Fuzzy Girl - DLH - gray - female
Kelsey - DLH - brown tabby - female
So Small - DSH - orange tabby - male
Pava (Pavarotti) - DLH - black & white - male
BoBo (Bocelli) - DLH - black & white - male
Harvey - DSH - brown tabby - male (my daughter's if ever she can take him)
Sonia - DLH - siamese mix - female
Bear Bear - DLH - black - male
Andy - DSH - brown tabby w/ white - male (still a kitten)- chronic herpes
Sassy - DSH - siamese mix - female (rescue w/ broken tail)
Sahara - DMH - lynx point siamese mix rescue - neurological disorder?

Mousie - DLH - gray - female (tiny syringe baby recently rescued)
Holly - DSH - brown tabby - female - sibling to Sahara
Millie + 3 babies - foster DSH Tortie w/ 3 babies left to be placed. (referred to me by my vet's office) Babies are tortie, calico and male pale orangie.
    4 foster babies - 3 rare orange females (1 DSH, 2 DLH) & 1 DSH black male.

Now .... the question everyone wants to ask: Am I keeping all of them?
Millie- I hope to place soon after I have her spayed, and after I place her remaining 3 kittiens. Because the little neuro meezer is doing so well with all the other cats here, I will most likely go ahead and place her tabby sister, but I don't plan to adopt her out, because of her health issues! Mousie is still questionable because of her small size, but because she is doing so well right now, she may be adoptable in a few weeks. Anyone here want to adopt Mousie Weeble???? Sassy is a keeper because I don't want her to have to adjust all over again ... she is just now getting secure here! Also, her tail may cause issues down the road for her. Millie and the 7 kittens NEED HOMES! Come on PT PEOPLE!!!!

So, I guess that now puts me at 22 keepers .... I'm doubtful about Millie being adopted since she is an adult female .... so it would really be GREAT if someone here on PT would take this sweet tortie girl!!! I'll have to get a picture of her to post.

So many cats! I have just the two, who i adore and dote on, I would like to adopt more in the future, but at present we couldn't afford it as my boyfriend is on a low income and I don't work due to depression.
I would like to have a ginger cat in the future, and possibly a long haired cat as I've never owned a long haired one before.
I can't even begin to imagine how long it takes to feed 22 cats! it's bad enough feeding two, Jack is a very high maintenence cat, he's terribly greedy and nightmare to feed, just asking for more and more and pushing Sunny off her food before she's even started mostly. He's very naughty and hard work, but I do love him naturally.
I wonder how they'd react to a new cat, and think they may be nasty as they spit at other cats out the street if they even see one. I wouldn't want to upset either Jack or Sunny or a new cat.
But who knows, one day in the future!

Well I seem to keep adding cats to my household but now I just have to be strong because I'm happy with the ones I have and the number too. I also need a new siggie.

Storm, Sunny, Sky, Starr, Pearl, and brand new baby Ziggy Stardust.

Beau, a sable Burmese is my only cat.
As some of you may know, I had to give up my cats. Both are now living in seperate homes. Beau lives with a friend but he is still mine, and I pay for his food and vet bills. Felicia was going to live with another friend and would still be mine. That didn't work put however, and she now has her own new person.
I do visit each cat. I have seen Felicia, and hope to see Beau this Monday. If I could drive, I would see them more often.

Felicia is a 17 year old torbie female.
Beau is a 14 year old male. Both are neutered.
