    » Shahna's Shelter of H.O.P.E. Fundraiser ― [ 20 pics ]

    A friend of mine organized an amazing fundraising event at a city park that took place on Sunday. It was for a woman named Shahna Rice who founded Funds For Furry Friends, where Mickey was adopted from. Shahna came down with breast cancer. Many people are trying now to fundraise enough money to open up a shelter called Shahna's Shelter of H.O.P.E., as FFFF is all foster homes. Here are a few.. okay, I'm lieing... LOTS of pictures from Sunday.

    $788 were raised!!

    Molly was teasing a dog beside us with a (MICKEY'S) squeaky toy


    Two beautiful Boxers who really wanted to come over and play


    This BC was absolutely gorgeous..


    As soon as this guy walked over, pretty much ALL of the dogs on our side of the fence sat and settled down. LOL

    FRECKLESSSSS!!!!! (A friend of mine's rescue BC, whom I absolutely adore, we were going to adopt her but got Molly instead) I was sad that these didn't come out better, but that's what I get for boring a SONY...




    That gorgeous BC..


    Molly tried playing with this big guy.. she loves big dogs


    Handsome Mickey in his Rooster costume, which won him 3RD place!!

    Costume contest! I wanted to walk Mickey, but I knew Caitlyn (my best friend) wouldn't be able to handle Molly.. almost no one can except for my family and I :lol:


    Oh, no.. Molly and others got kicked out.. just Mickey (with Caitlyn) and two others left!


    This pretty girl got first, I think


    Molly's 50's girl costume (I have to admit, it was a horrid last minute thing)
