My own website?

How do i make my own website? I've wanted to do it for a while but i just dont know how to go about doing so! i've seen places that you have to pay like 30 and 40 bucks to just get a single website with one picture and so on! I know there's a better way to go about doing this! can someone help me?

I've used it! Also.. try geocities.com I think they have free ones too. But you have to have ads on it too.

apostrophe s is used for posession. So if the paw owned something it would be paw's. But if you are talking about more than one paw, then it would just be paws.
