That's totally neat! I'm sorry that Hamar's owners sold him. Neat looking horse though! It looks like a beautiful area...and...I spy a lighthouse (I love lighthouses!)

He's gorgeous! I love Icee's. I met one ate a stallion expo. one time. He was a black and white pinto and was very poofy at the time because of the winter weather. He dropped his head over my shoulder and tilted his ears forward so I could scratch behind them. I'm sorry that his owner sold, Hamar, but what a beautiful tribute to him you have in the form of the video. Thank you so much for sharing these with us, even in your time of grief. I sincerly hope you get to see him again. *snugs*

Icelandic horses are so cool. I love how you get to ride them out in the open, I've been riding for 5 years and the only times I've been out of an arena were a few trail rides in the forest. The landscape there is so beautiful, I've always wanted to visit Iceland, perhaps one day I'll have to come see you there.

Hamar is so beautiful, I loved all the pictures and the video, along with its music, nearly made me cry! I hope he is in a good home now as he certainly deserves it. You will always remember riding him in the open with the Icelandic wind rushing through his mane and your hair.

I used to ride an Icelandic pony too, he was so adorable, and I always remember riding my first tölt! He was sold too, so I feel your pain. ((hugs))
