    Found a dog- UPDATED

    -UPDATE ON PAGE 3-

    My friend found a dog, but I currently have him. He's sitting next to me on the couch right now.

    My friend had to stop by the dry cleaner on her way to work this morning, in the parking lot she found this dog. My friend took him back to her house and went to work. She worried about leaving him though as she didn't know how he was going to act and also because she has a rough work schedule and won't be home until late. I went over and get him. She made signs at work and will post them tonight when she gets home.

    H's young, I'd guess 9 months-ish. He's not neutered yet. He's the cutest and sweetest guy. He is fine with my dogs, though my dogs are a bit rough with him so I have them baby-gated in the kitchen until they settle down some. He couldn't care less about the cats, the cats however are nervous and have all gravitated to my bedroom.

    Oh please make up some sort of story that you have to get rid of this dog and the only place to bring him to is going to kill him.
    That way my parents will say yes when I want to take him. LOL

    I'm sure someone is or will be. Another friend and I drove around and looked for signs, but didn't see anything yet. He looks great (well taken care of) with the exception of dirty ears, which I've cleaned.

    I really expect to find his family because he appears to be so well cared for, I'm sure he's missed. I should know by now that doesn't always mean a thing though.

    Anyway, I normally would say we absolutely cannot keep him because our yard and house is too small for a large dog. However Justin and I have been talking about adding another dog (a large dog) to our family after we move (we close on our new house in 2 weeks). We'll have 5 acres and a bigger house. We were thinking about getting one maybe 6 months down the road, not right away, but we'll see what happens.
