Any idea where I might be able to find a fractal art program? It has been something I've been interested in for a while.

I searched for "Free Fractal Maker" in google and got quite a few results. I use a program called Double Fractal, it isn't quite as expansive as some as far as what it can generate, but its color selection is fairly easy to use and can spit out some cool things :-)

It is freeware, which is why I like it so much ;-)

I collect them myself, I had a rather large collection till my computer crashed long long ago. Math CAN be fun
