After the storm & Flower pictures *14*

There was a huge storm about a week or so ago in the town where my grandma lives. That weekend was "Moose Fest" and there were a ton of people in town. Two of my best friends, my sister, my cousin, and I were at a burn out (car thing) at a park. The wind started picking up, and it started to pour. We ran back to my grandma's house (about 4 blocks) and were soaked by the time we got there. The wind finally let up, and the rain stopped, so we went back out to watch the burn out. When we got there, it started to rain again, but we all just went and stood on a stage that was for the band (had a tarp over the roof). My two friends and cousin ran back to my grandma's but my sister refused to come. We were still at the stage, me yelling in my sisters face to run back. She refused to leave because she thought it would let up. Finally I got her to come, but we only made it to a church, about half a block from the park. Sure enough there was a small tornado, it was so scary, I'm glad I finally got my sister out of there.

The stage that we took shelter in for a while... The roof and tarp fell off

This shed went rolling through the neighbors fence

The brown fence is what it went through...they had already gotten it back in their yard by the time I got there to take pictures

Wow, quite a storm! reminds me of a storm when I was a kid that hit our park during a July 4th celebration that ripped these huge trees right out of the ground. Three people died. But what an awesome sunset! Glad you posted the pictures.

    Thanks everybody!!

I forgot to mention, during/ after the storm two children turned up missing. One was going into 7th grade, and I'm not sure on the other one. One of them was found about an hour or two later, not quite positive on the second, but I'm guess they were found because nothing else was said about it.
