Ok We Need An Addiction Group!

Ok so last thing we need in our life is anything more high maintenance, period. Agreed? Us too. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO what the he11 were we thinking today? All I wanted to do was get some hay, a bigger keet cage, some toys and LUNCH. Not tough. Actually pretty easy. for normal people
Our local shelter is moving, so they had people at Petco. I should have run, I knew to run, I tried to run. But...........................Jasper threw down a challenge, He bet me a dollar I couldn't go in look and leave. WELL I will show him I said. Then told him I cannot wait to take your money. To make it interesting double or nothing you have to look and leave also. He said No problem.

    LIAR

So we added the 2 Kitties that no one wanted ever, at all. WHY???????
Because one is a psycho, she is afraid of her own shadow which sucks cause she is white.I think she may have been another color she just became white from so many self inflicted frights. Her name is Snow in my head I call her Casper.

I was attacked by a 20 pound blind orange tabby who had no thoughts of staying the weekend at the shelter again. EVER. I kept trying to hand him back and I think I have scars, Alexander fell into fits of giggles as he has never seen something not listen to me
Me; Ok hunny get off ok back to them
    cat: NO
Ok hunny now is good what a cutie...
    Cat: NO
Me: Ummmmmmmmmm can I get a bit of help here?
Cat : I am all the help you get lady now shut up and pay

    Me: help..................................
Cat: I will dig my claws deeper while I rub my face into yours and you will not scream. this is a hijacking I have your heart now move toward the front of the line..................................

So he won. I think he paid off all the staff.
We got home unloaded boxes and bags and stuff and things while my son kept giggling and saying Daddy if Mere said no to the cat why is she still holding him? to wit his father replied amidst giggles because Mere wasn't really saying no.( like that will help when I say it is bedtime later!)
Cat gets down walks up to dogssniffs them and goes into Rustys crate and lies down. Both dogs looking at me like I and the Cat lost our minds. Snow has stayed in crate in bedroom even with door open she is happy to stay there like a NORMAL cat.

Anyway this cat was thrown from a moving car and has some nerve and brain damage, the accident resulted in hom losing both eyelids so his vision is poor at best, but what he lacked in vision he made up for in chutzpah and is now as I type sitting his fat bottom in my lap. Where if I am blessed he will remain for many years, MORAL to this story?
Cats are like chips why stop at one or 4 or 6 or 7 (if my wish comes true one more may join our crew) Pics as soon as scanned and uploaded.

Snow left the crate, and has blended into one of our white walls. we have no idea where she went. she could be standing in front of us, mocking our weak eyesight. Perhaps she went through the wall and will come out around midnight to haunt us. Perhaps we will end up on an episode of Sightings, as we are apparently haunted by snow (casper) the ghost cat. Stranger things have happened. I'm not sure what is stranger than this, but I have to tell myself that or disappear into a surreal world of my new cat's creation, and I just can't let that happen...

I was laughing along with you until I read the last paragraph and then the abject cruelty of man towards animals hit me in the face. I just pray that there is a very special place in HELL for those who threw that helpless baby out of a car.

No one wanted them because they knew you would give them a loving furrever home.

    Bless you..........

    Am looking forward to pictures

Thanks to you all (however I must admit that "
Snow" hates me, I think she knew I was making fun of her she is happily being petted by Jasper who should name her
casper how cute (barf) would that be? I leaned over to kiss hubby and too pretty for herself BIT me (grumbles about jealous women grrr *(&))*&(&(^*%&%%%^&&0) I of course do not care (wails) but I am in control of the Pounce (evil chuckle) , and besides eventually he has to go back to work and the bribery with tuna can begin........................................muuuu uuhaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

As I was calming Snow, it suddenly hit me what her full name is. Ladies and Gentlemen, I proudly present... Moonlight on Snow.

I have a song on one of my albums called that, and it was going through my head as I was petting her. She's wandering around checking out our bedroom, while I have Kym's vast rascal sleeping peacefully on my lap.

Miss Hoppy has been my birthday bunny for 9 years now! So she and Adrian are the same age! Our best guess is that she is a mixed breed, maybe Netherland Dwarf/Rex mix. She is bigger than a ND, smaller than a Rex, with ears halfway between. She is her own very special kind of bunny - MY bunny!

She is a house bunny. This means she is litterbox trained and hops around the house. She was easier to housebreak than any pup or human I've dealt with, we just had to bunnyproof the house! http://rabbit.org is a great resource for that.

Kitty name - Io - the orange satellite of Jupiter that sometimes has a silvery haze?

IO it is! what an amazing thought! Thanks. As far as getting a bunny goes I will relay the information and require the boys to do what we have always done show me you have researched it needs. (my ? will it need another box to itself or can it share the boxes the kitties use? ) Bunny proofing isn't a worry as we are gummy pig proofed(read guinea pig but Alex cannot pronounce guinea) . So we have have gummy piggies!

CATTY! shame on you! lmao ! Vast Rascal? i could maybe tolerate the rascal part but my hips and his aren't too far apart LOL so Vast is not an option rofl ! Isn't enough that I agree he is huge? his paperwork stated that on 6/17 he weighed in at 22 pounds?)can we say caloric overload? I will of course have Dr. Pope look at him mondayand follow his advice(to a point ) and I will also put him on the RAW diet (with treats of course. .......................whistles innocently!
