I bought the cats a new toy a few days ago. It's a feather wand, but there is a windup part on the bottom that makes the wand spin around.
Everyone was quite curious at first.
Even Kasha, although not so curious that she actually moved!
Felicia liked the wand part.
Boots was much more interested when it was spinning! "Make it go again, Meowmie!"
Onyx got distracted by his dirty paws!

After the play session, it was time for some nip!
Nip always gets Kasha to move.
Onyx got so stoned he couldn't even hold his head up anymore!
Beau had a little nip and then a little nap in the sun.
Felicia roared until she got honeysuckle! She doesn't do nip!
Boots decided to sleep it off in the laundry basket!

Glacier, your kitty family is so beautiful! They sure look like they're having a blast with the new wand toy. But it didn't seem to take very long for them to find the nip! Scritchies and tummy rubs to each of your adorable furkids!

I do have to ask about Honeysuckle....I have never heard of a kitty liking it...does it have the same effects on Felicia as nip would have on a kitty?

Yup, Felicia doesn't respond to nip at all, but she does to honeysuckle. Twicket used to love honeysuckle too. I have some small pieces of the wood and then a bunch of pillows with it inside. The wood works best if you put some water on it first.Originally Posted by catlover4ever
