    Just wondering...

It's time for Dixie Belle's vet check again...last year, it happened that her vet was out on a call...and the other vet couldn't handle Belle!! It was a wrestling match with two techs, the vet, and myself. Belle won. So, everyone, please send up a little prayer that her vet will be there, so we won't have to do that again!

Dixie Bella, has your vet ever suggested a "calming pill" before visits? My daughter's cat usually takes a pill before his visits and it helps tremendously. It just takes the "edge" off for him. Hope all works out for you!

Hope it is a better experience than last year! I can imagine how frustrated you were too! The idea of a calming her before she goes is a good suggestion. There are natural herbs that you can get for this. I think they are called Flowers of Essence but I'm not sure. All natural and no side effects!

Well, we did it! And she was a sweetheart! The problem wasn't that she was nerves, she just likes to throw her weight around. But she was perfect today....until the hound dog growled at her in waiting room, and she got mad. But I got her outside before a fight got started. Thanks for the prayers everyone!!
