    The best exercise regime ever...........

Thanks to these two I've managed to shift the stubborn last 3lb to get to my target weight

I was using a ski machine for 10 minutes every morning but that never jumped on me insisting that I used it so I used to miss a few days......Two sets of paws and wet noses are much harder to resist!

They are GOOD reminders to get out there and GO! Just keep it up, even though you have lost the weight you wanted to loose! Can't ignore those wet noses and wagging tails when they want to go for a walk!

LOL Looks like it would be a workout to keep up with those two! I agree, having a dog is a good exercise regime. My exerise equipment doesn't jump around the room and whine either, but at 6:30 am on the dot Roscoe does! And I can't seem to pull the covers up over my head and disappear soo......

The best trainers are not the ones you pay tons of money but the ones with wet noses and 4 legs
