    Chesters Breed??

I am trying to figure out what breed(s) Chester is mixed with. His mom is an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix, so I am just wondering what his dad is. He will be 7 months old in 3 days, and he weighs 50-60 pounds. He has brindle markings on the top of his head, but I don't have any pictures of it...

Here he is at 6 weeks....

    And now...

Here are some of his littermates...

Hmmm thats a hard one, but I would guess since he looks mostly ACD that his father was one or at least had some ACD. Chester is so sweet!

My guess would be a very un-stocky Lab or Rottie, or a mix of one of those two breeds (or both).

He just looks like a mutt bred to a mutt bred to a mutt bred to a mutt

Could he possibly have aussie? His other litter mate looks like one. I think ACD for sure.

That red pup looks aussie-ish. Could be anything. Shepherd, rottie, lab, Aussie, I could see any of those in the mix. I'd say he's 100% cute mutt.

I think it could be aussie, or less stocky rottie or lab.

I have always thought he was a BC or Aussie x ACD! I have a friend with a "Texas Heeler" (BC x ACD) and he looks almost identical to her. With the red tri pup, I would think he might be part Aussie.

    ACD/Aussie

    ACD/Border Collie

    ACD/Rottweiler

    ACD/Lab

    ACD/Dobie

    ACD/APBT

    ACD/AmStaff

Out of all these, I think he looks most like the ACD/Aussie! His head shape looks like the ACD/APBT.

ACD's have Kelpie in their lines, that's why he resembles one. They are also pretty rare where we live. Most people think that he is part GSD.
