    Question on bettas...

    I just had a quick question about bettas...how long is their life span, or how long do they usually live? I've had Fizz for over a year now, and he's outlived all my other fish! Just curious!

    The longest I heard was 4 years but an average should live up to 3 years old.

    Around three years, yeah, I had one that lived for around four.

    I've heard of various bettas living 5-8 years. The average I believe is around 3. They are usually between 9 months to a year and a half when you get them from the store.

    I've had my one boy for 5 years now, maybe 6. My other 2 are 2 years, and probably around a year and a half old.

    Journey - 2yr old Australian Shepherd
    Ripley - 5 1/2yr old Doberman
    Dance RN CGN FM - 7 1/2yr old Toller

    My boy is 5 years now. Only had him since last year though. There average life span is around 2-3 years old.

    Yes I do. The quality is really crappy though. I'll post NEW better ones tommorow probably.
