    PowerPoint

How would I acquire this program on my computer? I looked in downloads but could only find "PowerPoint Viewer". I always thought that computers came with it, but apparently not.

Powerpoint is part of the whole Office Suite, like Office XP. I comes with Word, Excel, Access, and PP. You have to buy it.

It's pricey, unfortunately. It IS a Microsoft product, after all.

    Thanks everyone.

I'm going to try to "acquire it elsewhere".

WHAT do you want to DO with PowerPoint??

PowerPoint VIEWER is available - for FREE - from the PowerPoint Folks ...
After you download the VIEWER program - you can "View" previously created PowerPoint presentations.

Now if you want to CREATE a new PowerPoint program to show to other folks ...
you have to BUY that part of the PowerPoint program!

Lol I NEED it for my SRC (Student Represantative Council) presentation. I live out of town so I can't just go to school and do it. Also, ALL my pictures and stuff are here. Ahhhhhhhhhhh.

I KNOW we had it on one of our computers once, but I'm sure we've never bought it because it's so expensive.

I don't know how in the world I'm going to do this.
