    Update on Ralph

The prednisone must have kicked in BIG time today, Ralph had a REALLY great day( Dr. Ascher has increased the pred to 5 mg starting tomorrow)!! Ralph ate like a champ(I/D canned with Italian cut green beans). I took him outside on harness and leash to the bridge by the creek, and we walked on it several times. Then, as we got close to the house, Ralph wanted to go up the steps to the sliding door. What he did was eat several of the viola(small pansies)flowers that were in a pot!!!I have been giving him a homoepathic remedy - Carbo. Veg.- for the vomiting, and so far(fingers crossed), it is working. We don't know how much time is left for Ralph, but I hope there are many more days like today!!!

Great news for dear Ralphie! They like those violets, don't they?

Wishing you many more happy healthy days, Ralph.

I'm so happy to hear the prednisone is doing good things for Ralphie. If you were closer by, I'd send some of my fresh garden nip in a pot for him. It's starting to rival Catmandu's nip it's so potent.
