Now that it's kitten season, there should be ample kittens. You may want to try Petfinder.com. Just type in all the particulars along with your location and it should show shelters and rescue organizations in your area.

May I ask WHY you want a kitten?? There are SOOOO many older cats that are passed up simply because they aren't cute anymore. How about giving them a chance???

Um, no offence but, kittens should not leave mom cat until they are 2 months old and you want one under 3 months old.............you aren't going to KNOW whether s/he likes other cats and dogs. The kitten's personality is barely formed at this point.

But, I am certain that you will find one.

If you want to be certain he will get along with the dogs, look for an older kitten -- over 6 months. At 6 months, their true personality is developing to where you'll know what they will be like. Even 6 months can be early to determine true personality. My Flutter didn't start to really show her true colors til she was a year old.

Remember, little fuzzy kittens are only little and fuzzy for a short while. During that short while, they are into everything and very curious. The have boundless excess energy and they will drive your dogs nuts because they'll take out their excess energy on the dogs. If you want one that young, get TWO. It'll make you and the dogs much happier.

This may sound silly, but are you near Washington state or Washington, D.C.? That may help you find one a bit sooner.
