Hiccups

is it normal for dogs to have frequent hiccups?
smokey has them like 4 or 5 times a day. usually it's after he's just woken up or is all sleepy.

Sadie used to get hiccups a lot when she was a puppy. She seemed to outgrow it by about 6-8 months. I don't think it was as often as 4-5 times a day...maybe once every other day or so...

Presley gets the hiccups if she moves too quickly just after she wakes up.. She is quite cute when she gets them.. She hasn't been having them as bad lately so maybe she is growing out of them.
