    Hair Dye

I've been looking for a while on "Street Cents" to see if they had any reviews, but it didn't help much. What kind do you recommend? I have medium brown hair, and am thinking of dyeing it darker brown (if I can convince my mom).

I've used L'Oreal and have been happy with it. Everyone I know uses it. It lasts, doesn't really fade, and the conditioner that comes with it IS AMAZING!

I LOVE Garnier 100% Color and L'Oreal Preference. The Garnier lasts alot longer in my hair, so I always choose that over any other brand. I like Preference because the colors are so natural looking. The Garnier has many bold colors, like blue black and deep red. I would stay away from Feria - it fried my hair!

If you are wanting to go darker, I would try a temporary dye. I used the new mousse they've had in grocery stores and had great luck. I've also used Castings, which lasts much longer. Some temporary dyes even recommend a permanent color in their brand that will give you similar results. Whichever way you decide to go, good luck!
