    Some good news!

    We have a serious offer on the house and it's only been on the market for 2 days!!!!

    Apparently our neighbors saw our for sale sign and contacted their best friends who were looking for a home. They came by this morning and loved the house and of course, the location! They're a married couple, mid 30's and have 21month old kid. Our neighbors are actually the godparents! So it would be nice to have both of their families so close to each other.

    We are meeting with my realtor and theirs this evening to discuss the offer..please send some good vibes my way that we can sell this house!!!
