Birthday Boy!

Today is Kiki's 6th birthday, and I am so glad it falls right on Saturday.

Six months ago, I was looking for a dog to adopt. I came across an ad on craigslist.org - a lady who was living by herself needed to go out of country and wanted to have someone to take care of KiKi. The owner said that the others were looking for a dog to be their dogs' companion, and I was the only one who wanted a dog to be his companion.

I was so blessed that she had selected me among many many other people. He was adopted by me and my girlfriend on September 12, 2005.

KiKi is a pure Cairn Terrier with an AKC certificate. His orginal name on the certificate is long but beautiful - Mistywyns Lord of the Dance.. KiKi is so adorable. He loves children and other dogs - he likes to chase cats and any moving things that he sees

He sleeps in my bedroom at night.

He has his own bed that is as high as mine. I sometimes let him sleep with me but I tend to kick him accidentally if I had a dream in which I was playing soccer. lolzzzzzz

During the last 5 months, KiKi has been such a good baby to us. We love him so dearly. There were times KiKi got upset stomach and some kind of stye on his eye, but we got taken care of those things. He's very easy going, but sometimes whines a little bit if he wants to get on my laps. He wants to be on my laps if I am using my computer to do some work.

We love KiKi so much and wish him to have a very healthy and happy life.
