    I have seen that on the news several times.. From a distance, I guess it could have sounded like a baby, especially if you are not expecting to find a baby floating in a GARBAGE bag tied to a log... Thank GOD those men investigated it!

    I can only thank god that it was some mature person with a small bit of sense, instead of some kids that would have ended up killing the kid by sinking the contraption..
