I bought spike a toy, its a wooden duck with rope and beads tied onto the rope onto the duck. but she has been chewing on the wooden duck, and i think eating the wood. is that bad for her? i took the toy out for now.

O know chewing on it isn't suppose to be bad, but not sure about the eating part. Otheres will know more

The only problem would be the possibility of splinters in her gums and mouth, or throat. So just keep a CAREFUL, and encourage her not to chew/eat the wooden part of the toy if at all applicable.

Birds have Gums? Didn't know that (never really had a pet bird)
