    It's a hoax Considering the site hasn't been updated since June 30 2005, and he's been threatening to "eat" Toby for nearly two years now LOL

    It's been longer than 2 years. About 4. It's just a joke to earn money and the people that pay for the stuff get it as a joke or are idiots. (mostly just joking though)

    The Paypal doesn't actually work. It gets an error somewhere along the way.
