The National Dachshund Race at the hancock county fairgrounds,findlay,ohio on Sun.Sept.24,2006 is looking for dog breeds and owners to come and let people see and ask questions about your breed.this program hopefuly will save dogs from going to the shelter.by educating people about them first.
I 'm setting it up so you can come and go. golden collar for dogs will have a agaility equippent up for all to use.across from that will be a adopt-a-thon for any and all the rescue units.
gate open at 10 am and the first event starts at 1;15 for the dachshunds.the dachshunds have 8 races and 14 events to enter.to learn more about this go to www.weinerrace.com

I'd like to try to make it but we'll see what happens with work etc and the heat towards the end of that Month - my golden girl doesn't do well with heat.
