    ot Vent

there are these neighbors who have two beauitful weinrymers (mispelled)

and they always leave them outside all the time in a pen...

its freaking cold and they never seem to have any kind of interaction with them.. and they break outta their pen all the time, They are loose right now and no one is home and they are sooo skinny in the younger dog you can see its spine... they are hungrey and all they want is somewhere nice and warm to lay and some human interaction..

When ever they get out they always come over here cause they know that they will get some food i snapped a couple pic's of them today

here they are, they are not very good pic's but i will try and get better one's

Aw, poor babies. Weims love people attention. It is too bad that they didn't think of that when they got them! I don't understand why people get dogs and then pen them outside. It breaks my heart!

Its hard to tell from those pics, but if they are in fact that skinny I'd call your local humane society & explain the situation. Hopefully they will come & get the dogs, fine the owners if they are malnurished and find them a loving forever home somehwere else.

If they are loose, I'd make them go bye bye if I were you. Even if they get them back from the shelter or wherever, maybe they will have learned something.
