    Priscilla and her babies.

You may remember this little girl.....

She was the cat thrown out in a cemetery who gave birth to three little boys.

Well, she and 2 of her boys are still here with me. And mom, even though dry of milk and spayed for over a month now, still allows her boys (13 weeks old) to nurse on her. AWWW.

it is an optical illusion caused by the angle the photo was taken at. But, the kittens are growing and mom is a very small cat. Soon they will be the same size.

Here are pictures of the brothers playing.

Oh my goodness! Lovely pictures! I was thinking the same thing Gary was. I think that is SO sweet though, that she lets them nurse still.

    Priscilla and her babies

Cute kitties and great pictures, Jen! But I'm kind of surprised that mommycat still lets them nurse. I thought babies were weaned around 8 weeks. Does this happen a lot? Never heard of it before.

Depends on the mom cat. Some will start kicking their babies away at 6 weeks of age (unfortunately, some even earlier ). But some just adore their babies, like Priscilla.

Now that's one devoted mama! What a precious picture.

I've seen kittens as old as 4 months(!) comfort-nurse. Tribble, a recent foster, was very small and her 9 week old kittens looked enormous next to her!

beatiful pictures and even more beautiful kitties.

I simply love the 'fighting' shot taken in the cat tower. it is simply hysterical, sums up kittenhood just purrfectly!

Awwww!!! How sweet. Wouldn't it be great if all 3 of them could be adopted out to the same family.
