    My Shinning Star!! [IV]

wow, long time no update.. I just got back home from hospital or almost two weeks and star just came home last friday (three days ago), I hope we're united once again afterall!!
[[first, just a summary - october the first, I was hoping someone could pick star up for me but I ended up going hospital just before star's pick up time.. my friend, best catsitter came by, and wasn't sure or comfortable doing subque fluids for me and star's purrings declined, she was taken back to ICU for a couple of days more enough to be really, really hydrated. as the billing went up, star getting better again, friend asked if star could be taken to her home with catheter. she has my little star only until last friday because she left for her weekend retreat - and I was able to come home last friday (october 7th) for a while and she was there with me - then left again for another surgery the next day and now am home again]]..

when I first saw her, wow! she looks so well..awesome & a bit fatter. her skin/furs have thickened much better and purred more than before. I still couldn't believe my eyes she looked waay good. just last night, me watching gone with the wind, she cuddled herself near to my head, tail over it & it was our first night we slept together!!

I called my vet this afternoon, had him filling me out, said I could have star's catheter out as soon as I wanted, as long as she's eating good. that's another plus! I fed her the A/D hills canned, mixed with kibbles, she ate pretty much! about 3/4 of 2 cups. this is soooo good to see!! I still would want to get some raw diet for her, I think it'll be a great-deserved treat for her! oh, I can't wait until I'm movable.. well, overall - she's doing pretty good, still sleeping in corner most of time, staying away from her missed furriends, waiting for my comfort hands.
I hope to come back with an update picture of her.. even with a better update. and we thank you so much for many, many stars and warm thoughts - please don't stop!

big hugs from us, espeically me & my star ~
