    So Small

    I'm not sure how many of you know about my So Small, but he was the runt of a litter of kittens that included 7 orangies and one lone brown tabby. His mother Kelsey is one of my fosters ... still hoping for a permanent home of her own.

    Little So Small struggled and struggled, and early on his Cat Daddy (hubby Jerry) decided that "So Small was SO stayin'" ... so we worked hard to get the little boy to thrive. Recently I had 15 of my rescues combo tested, including So Small and thankfully every one of them was NEGATIVE! Here today are a few pictures of So SMall. He is still struggling with the eye infections, but they are even better now than when these pics were taken!

    Now without further adieu ... here is SO SMALL!

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    If you can believe it ... he is 16 weeks old!!! He was half the size of his littermates!

    Kim ~ My co-workers are looking at me quizzically because I laughed out loud and spewed coffee on the monitor when I saw this one.

    So Small is adorable! I hope he's feeling better very soon. He sure looks laid back....
    Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.
