    Sugar, the winner

    This is Sugar before and after the League for Animal Welfare's Halloween costume contest. Sugar was the pug from Men in Black. I spent 20.00 on her costume and a woman from Florida made it and sent it too me. Sadly, Sug has outgrown her
    outfit.
