    Its that time of year again....

    I've started my Christmas crafts... so the candy wreath factory officially opened for business tonight (I of course waited til after Halloween to get all the GOOD stuff half off )

    Angel has been cooped up in a cage for days, and I feel guilty about that, so the factory started production whilst I saw in bed.... Angel had a BLAST trying to catch the string I use to tie the candies onto the wreath. Though I think she had more fun knocking a mini Three Muskateer bar under the blankets and then diving under to get it

    What shocked me most was a sad looking Pouncer limped over and started to play with Angel! Ok, we had a few hisses (thats my boy! ) but he too had a blast playing with the string and knocking candy around. It was theraputic for them to play (I know because it did my own heart good to see them looking perky and alert instead of half dazed.)

    When Angel seemed to be getting too excited and daring (ie: attempting to jump off the bed) she went back to her cage for a rest. Pouncer just limped to the edge of the bed and laid there watching me, twitching his tail.

    It sounds like Pouncer is doing better, and that's GREAT news! It sounds like Angel is doing well also, and that's GREAT news, too!

    I am glad that Pouncers paw is starting to heal,and that he will show a tad more caution,when he jumps and plays.
    My Pouncer was a bit of a wild Catwhen she was younger climbing to the top of the drapes and cabinets,then leaping down in one fell swoop when the food came out.
    its a miracle that she never got hurt.
    Hopefully she can reign her little namesake in,so Pouncer will not hurt himself again.
    Thats wonderful that he and Angel are becoming Friends.
