    George's was the first poster I put on my wall as a young girl that wasn't a cute animal...(a cute guy instead )

    The worst thing about George was (sorry, IS) he had so much talent - he could have done so much in and out of football but all people will remember him for was being a drunk - God bless you George in your time of need, people do still care

    A truly awesome player. My brothers favourite despite not playing for West Ham. Sad that the drink will eventually get him.
